The Mini-Meanie is a very versatile Fox Call.  It features a thin reed on a tone board that can produce a variety Distress Sounds that attract Fox and Feral Cats. 

By simply applying light pressure with your lips, air is pushed through the board.  Applying pressure close to the start of the board will create Higher Pitched sounds. 
Choking up towards the exhaust end of the board will create Deeper Tones. 
The Mini-Meanie can literally produce countless Sounds that work excellent in attracting Fox. 
Although small and compact, this whistle puts out the Volume needed for reaching Fox and other Predators at longer distances.  The Mini-Meanie is one Fox Whistle you don’t want to be in the field without.
